Senior Plant Operations Role - Pharma

Reporting Globally

Candidate Profile :

- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations leadership

- Strong exposure to Greenfield / scale-up manufacturing environments is mandatory

- Experience in Pharma, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Diagnostics, or other regulated industries preferred

- Strong people leadership experience managing managers and large teams

- Exposure to Lean, TPM, OEE, EHS, and continuous improvement frameworks

- An automotive background will not fit this requirement

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations and plant performance

- Drive operational excellence across Production, Maintenance, Engineering, EHS, and Quality

- Manage large cross-functional teams in a high-volume manufacturing setup

- Lead Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, automation, and process optimization initiatives

- Ensure strong compliance, safety, quality, and delivery performance

- Partner with leadership on plant strategy, scale-up, and long-term capability building
