Senior Physician - Healthcare

Description:

Purpose: To provide effective Ayurvedic consultation and treatment services while ensuring high standards in Panchakarma therapy, patient care, operational efficiency, therapist management, statutory compliance, and business development activities of the Treatment Centre in alignment with Vaidyaratnam standards and the Ashta Vaidya tradition.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient consultations, assess health conditions, and prescribe treatments as per Ayurvedic protocols.

- Supervise all Panchakarma treatments following the Ashta Vaidya tradition whil ensuring quality standards,Patient Care and patient safety.

- Recruit, train, and lead therapists to ensure efficient treatment delivery and adherence to organisational standards.

- Extend all possible support for the business development activities of the Treatment Centre.

- Provide lifestyle counselling, preventive health advice, and advise Panchakarma treatment (IP referral) if required.

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.

- Support the smooth functioning of the Treatment Centre in compliance with Vaidyaratnam standards.

- Ensure hygiene, safety, and proper upkeep of clinical facilities.

- Assist in maintaining compliance with statutory requirements (including maintaining SP 6 & 7 license,KPME license as per excise rules, if applicable).

- Participate in health talks, workshops, and wellness camps to promote Treatment Centre services.

- Contribute ideas for improving patient engagement and Treatment Centre growth.

- Support promotional activities to increase patient footfall.

- Stay updated with Ayurvedic practices, treatments, and modern integrative approaches.
