Primary title: Senior Performance Marketing Strategist
A fast-paced performance marketing agency serving e- commerce, D2C, SaaS and enterprise clients across India and global markets. We design ROI-first acquisition programs-blending search, paid social, programmatic and analytics-to drive scalable customer acquisition, retention and LTV.
About The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Strategist to own paid media strategy and delivery for high-growth clients. This on-site role in India will lead campaign planning, execution, testing and reporting across search, social and programmatic channels-optimising towards CPA, ROAS and business KPIs while mentoring junior team members.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute end-to-end paid media strategies across Google, Meta and programmatic channels to meet client CPA/ROAS and revenue targets.
- Lead campaign setup, audience segmentation, bidding & budget allocation, and ongoing optimisations to maximise ROI.
- Design and run systematic A/B and multi-variate tests for creative, landing pages and bidding strategies; iterate using statistically sound frameworks.
- Implement and validate tracking (GA4, GTM, server-side where needed) and maintain reliable attribution and conversion measurement.
- Deliver insightful performance reports and recommendations using Looker Studio/BI tools; present results and strategic plans to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coach and review work of junior media buyers, set process standards, and contribute to playbooks for scaling paid media operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Proven experience managing performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms (DV360) and programmatic strategy.
- Strong analytics & measurement skills: GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Demonstrable expertise in campaign optimisation, bid management and A/B testing methodologies.
- Comfortable creating client-ready reports and dashboards (Looker Studio or equivalent).
- Experience mentoring junior team members and driving media playbooks in an agency environment.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Search Ads 360 and advanced paid-search workflows.
- SQL or data-querying skills for ad analytics.
- Knowledge of multi-touch attribution modelling and incrementality testing.
