Core Responsibilities: Culture Building & Team Belonging: - Build, sustain, and evolve a values-driven, high-trust culture. Drive culture rituals, team engagement frameworks, and strategic belonging initiatives across the organization. Anchor employee experience through consistent reinforcement of identity, values, and collaboration. Internal Employee Workshops & Learning Initiatives: - Empower employees and managers through continuous learning interventions. Independently design and facilitate internal workshops on: - Mental health and emotional well-being - Leadership development and growth mindsets - Organizational resilience and adaptive skills People Relationship Management: - Act as the trusted pulse point for employee concerns, aspirations, and feedback loops. - Guide HRs in handling day-to-day interactions while personally owning escalation pathways. Behavioral Insight & Organizational Psychology: - Understand team behaviors, intrinsic motivators, and organizational dynamics. - Use data-driven approaches (surveys, pulse checks, one-on-ones) to proactively solve engagement bottlenecks. Resource Management & Business Alignment: Collaborate deeply with Delivery Heads, Project Managers, and Business Leadership to: - Understand current and forecasted project needs. - Map resource availability and optimization strategies. - Drive discussions around bench management, workforce readiness, and succession planning. Anticipate talent gaps and ensure resource continuity planning is embedded in project delivery pipelines. Team Leadership: - Mentor a team of HRs, instilling a solutions-first, business-aware, people-centered mindset. Balance strategic oversight with tactical interventions when necessary. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: 8-12 years of HR, People Management, or Talent Strategy roles , ideally within IT services, consulting, or technology organizations. Educational Background: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related disciplines. Workshops: Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering internal employee workshops. Critical Competencies: - Exceptional Communication and Empathy: Clear, compassionate, and persuasive at all levels. - Business & Resource Insight: Strong grasp of project dynamics, staffing models, and services scaling. - Culture Stewardship: Ability to build and protect strong, sustainable cultures. - Problem Solving: Approaches challenges with maturity, data, and human understanding. Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications in Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Emotional Intelligence, or Mental Health Facilitation. - Practical experience in managing resource deployment for IT service-based projects.
