We specialize in supporting Global Capability Centers (GCCs) with software project execution, digital transformation, and consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple EMEA countries with accuracy and compliance.
- Execute payroll activities including data validation, calculations, statutory deductions, and final payroll runs.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Utilize Workday and other HCM/CRM systems for payroll data management and reporting.
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, and internal payroll standards.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives across payroll activities.
- Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support peak payroll cycles and manage multiple country payrolls independently.
Experience & Skills:
- 7+ years of strong end-to-end payroll processing experience, including multiple EMEA countries.
- Hands-on expertise with HCM and CRM tools:
Preferred:
- Workday (including Workday connectors such as PECI, PICOF), ServiceNow
Additional experience:
- SAP, PeopleSoft
- Exposure to SOX-compliant environments and strict payroll controls.
- Proven ability to manage complex payrolls independently, especially during peak cycles.
- Highly adaptable, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and process evolution.
