Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- File and prosecute patent applications in US & EP.
- Draft and file responses to PTO communications.
- Communicate with clients on patent-related queries and status updates.
- Maintain timely updates, documentation, and file management.
Experience:
- 14 years of experience in patent prosecution in the ICT domain.
- Strong understanding and familiarity with global procedures (USPTO, EPO, WIPO).
- Knowledge of 101, 102, 103 & 112
Skills for Success:
- Attention to detail and process adherence.
- Strong written and spoken English communication.
- Ability to multitask and meet filing deadlines.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.

Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of global IP law and prosecution strategy.

Qualifications:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, or similar fields.
