About the Role:

- We're looking for a Senior Partnership and Analyst Relations Associate to join our team, and this is a fully remote position. In this role, you won't just be managing a list of contacts; you'll be a key player in building and nurturing relationships that fuel our growth and expand our presence in the market.

- You'll be focusing on both strategic partnerships and analyst relations, with a strong emphasis on the B2B SaaS and HR tech spaces.

- If you have 3-5 years of experience and a passion for building high-impact relationships, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Experience: You should have 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or analyst relations, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. Experience in HR tech is a big plus!

Skill Set:

- You have a proven track record of creating and managing partnerships that drive real revenue growth.

- You're a natural at building and maintaining strong relationships with industry analysts.

- You understand the ins and outs of the SaaS ecosystem and GTM strategies.

- You're an excellent communicator and negotiator, and you love building new relationships.

- You have experience helping partners succeed, whether it's through creating resources or providing training.

- You're just as comfortable working independently as you are collaborating with a team.
