About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and data-driven Senior Paid Search Manager to take ownership of the strategic development, execution, and performance of our clients' search marketing campaigns.

This role is central to our Performance Marketing team, requiring a blend of hands-on technical skill, analytical acumen, and strong leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the paid search ecosystem, a proven track record of driving significant ROI, and a passion for mentoring junior team members.


Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Strategy & Implementation: Provide expert, day-to-day management, implementation, and optimization of complex client campaigns across major search engines (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising).

- This includes structuring accounts, performing detailed keyword research, developing compelling ad copy, managing bidding strategies, and ensuring flawless campaign upload processes, both through direct input and by supervising junior team members.

- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Interpret comprehensive performance reports to deliver insightful, actionable analysis and strategic recommendations to meet and exceed client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.

- Utilize advanced analytics tools to identify trends, measure impact, and suggest optimizations.

- Team Leadership & Development: Act as a mentor and coach for junior Paid Search staff, supervising their projects, day-to-day campaign activities, and professional development.

- Review and provide quality assurance on their work to ensure high standards of execution.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the cross-functional Client Services team to ensure campaign strategies align with broader client goals.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for the client on campaign performance, building trust and demonstrating strategic value.

- Vendor Management & Innovation: Actively liaise with search engine platform representatives and third-party vendors to maintain and develop strategic relationships.

- Stay abreast of new features, beta opportunities, and industry trends, proactively recommending innovative solutions to improve campaign performance.


Required Qualifications:

- Experience Minimum 6+ years of progressive, hands-on experience exclusively managing large-scale Paid Search (PPC) campaigns.

- Educational Qualifications Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

- Skills Expert proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

- Deep expertise in various bidding strategies, audience segmentation, Google Analytics, and A/B testing methodologies.
