Packaging Development,   Vendor Development,   Design,   Process Mapping,   Capability Building in Suppliers,   Cost optimization projects,   Quality Assurance for Packaging Material.  Leads project management for all packaging associated workflow from concept to execution for Home Furnishing, Home D- cor, Stationary, Apparel & Accessories categories.  Part of Packaging Overseas Team, responsible for coordination of projects with multicultural International business teams.  Check and approve dielines (Technical Drawings) on a timely basis based on Dielines Requirements & upload on grovesite for Keyline development.  Communicate all requirements to both internal and external partners.   Seek proactive/collaborative solutions, record and acknowledge feedbacks and share with overseas packaging and HQ partners.   Participate in cross-functional team meetings to drive effective packaging execution and maximize the influence of packaging on the guest's purchase decision.   Participate in sample review meetings with vendors & CFT to identify potential issues on packaging execution & work closely with packaging supplier to give optimized solution.  Responsible for international production of Brand packaging to meet and exceed structural standards and specifications.  Conduct packaging material testing and transit testing as per laid down standards.   Responsible for New Vendor development and vendor capability development with respect to Policies and Guidelines.  Handling Cost Optimization projects for Packaging Materials.  Ensure compliance to regional work processes and suggest improvements suited to local markets.   Responsibilities:  Conduct packaging training for all regions cross functional team,vendors & packaging material suppliers.  Track and elevate vendor / certified supplier performance.
