Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Analyst to join our ERP team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Fusion Financial modules, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to ensure financial systems meet organizational needs and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

- Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing (SIT, UAT), and deployment activities

- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, and custom reports (OTBI, BI Publisher)

- Configure Approval Workflows, set up security roles, and manage reporting hierarchies

- Support month-end/year-end closing processes and provide functional guidance to finance teams

- Drive issue resolution through RCA, enhancements, and patch analysis

- Provide user training, documentation, and continuous improvement recommendations

- Ensure system compliance with SOX, IFRS, GAAP, and other regulatory requirements

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and mentor for junior functional consultants

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials as a Functional Consultant or Analyst

- In-depth knowledge of at least 3 modules from: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Expenses

- Strong experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations and support

- Hands-on with functional setups, configurations, and documentation

- Good understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and reporting standards

- Experience in working with BI/OTBI, and integration tools like FBDI/ADFDI

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall project methodologies

Good to Have:

- Oracle Certification in Fusion Financials

- Exposure to Procurement, Projects, or EPM Cloud modules

- Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency setups

- Understanding of PaaS extensions and Fusion security model

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field

- MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification is a plus
