Senior Oracle ERP Techno Functional Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Financials to support, enhance, and implement enterprise Oracle applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Inventory modules, along with strong functional consulting, implementation, and production support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver effective Oracle ERP solutions.

- Configure, customize, and support Oracle ERP Financials and SCM modules.

- Participate in end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

- Provide L2/L3 production support and coordinate issue resolution with Oracle Support.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals.

- Execute CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.

- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

- Drive continuous process improvements while ensuring SLA compliance.

- Oracle ERP Financials, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Oracle Procurement, Oracle Inventory, Oracle EBS R12, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle ERP Implementation, Production Support (L2/L3), Requirement Gathering, GAP Analysis, Configuration & Functional Consulting, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Oracle AIM/OUM Methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Oracle ERP Certification

- Experience in Oracle ERP Financials implementation and production support

- Strong functional expertise across Finance and Supply Chain modules

- Experience working in enterprise environments with global stakeholders
