
Oversee and enhance Revenue Cycle Management operations, leading teams to deliver exceptional results for dental practices across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities at this Role
- Lead and manage RCM operations for optimal customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate onboarding of new customers to RCM services.
- Create strategic plans to define business unit objectives.
- Mentor subordinate managers to enhance team performance.
- Drive process improvements through data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for service delivery.
- Develop policies to attract and retain talented employees.
Must-Haves for this Role
- Extensive hands-on experience and subject matter expertise in US Healthcare
- Revenue Cycle Management- working with RCM / Medical / Dental Billing service providers.
- 13+ years of expertise in RCM Operations and medical billing including having lead large scale RCM operations teams
- Demonstrated and clear understanding of end-to-end RCM cycle
- Experience in leading multicultural, cross geographical teams on enterprise project management, preferably in healthcare.
- Specific experience in US Dental insurance / RCM management in addition to Medical RCM.
