- Product & Operations Create, monitor, analyze & improve business with focus on product, competition, procurement, vendor management, manufacturing & packaging Responsibilities 1. Lead a team of analysts and/or executives to drive projects on material sourcing, packaging, product operations, quality operations & manufacturing operations. 2. Vendor development and management : develop the vendor base (adding alternate vendors) for raw material and packaging materials. 3.
