Senior Operations Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain and operations, including contract manufacturing coordination, third-party logistics, inventory optimization, and vendor development. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong execution capability, structured thinking, and experience in FMCG / nutraceutical / manufacturing-led environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage relationships with contract manufacturing partners, ensuring smooth production planning, execution, and adherence to delivery timelines

- Coordinate inbound and outbound operations with third-party warehousing and logistics partners

- Lead inventory planning and optimization, including forecasting, reorder levels, SKU rationalization, and wastage control

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and operational services

- Partner with Finance on budgeting, cost tracking, purchase orders, and reconciliations

- Develop and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and operational trackers across procurement, production, and fulfillment

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, service levels, and operational reliability

- Coordinate quality control checkpoints across manufacturing and warehousing operations

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, documentation, and certification requirements

- Support new product development (NPD) execution from an operations and supply chain perspective

Requirements:

- 4-8 years of experience in operations or supply chain roles, preferably in FMCG, nutrition, food & beverage, or D2C brands

- Strong vendor and partner management capabilities

- Hands-on exposure to production planning, sourcing, and inventory management

- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, basic QC, and logistics operations

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership, ambiguous environments

- Familiarity with ERP systems

- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
