Role Overview:

- Lead large-scale Brokerage / Wealth Operations (50+ team size)

- Manage Account Opening, Maintenance, COBAM & Institutional Onboarding

- Drive operational excellence, governance, and risk management

- Own financials - budgeting, productivity, and cost optimization

- Collaborate with global stakeholders for delivery and strategy alignment

- Lead transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs

- Build and develop high-performing teams

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership across onboarding & reference data functions

- Manage complex operations with strong control frameworks

- Drive process improvements using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies

- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve business challenges

- Develop talent, improve engagement, and reduce attrition

- Leverage data-driven insights for decision-making

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in Account Onboarding & Reference Data

- 3+ years of leadership experience

- Experience managing large teams (50+) and complex operations

- Strong stakeholder management and global exposure

- Expertise in risk management and operational controls

- Willingness to work in night shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA / CA / Finance background

- Experience in Wealth Management operations

- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement frameworks

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
