Senior Operations Head/Plant Head (Plastics Division) - NCR with renowned Manufacturing Industry (Automotive)

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech / CIPET (Plastics)

Experience: 22 to 27 Years

Industry Preference: Automotive Industry / Similar Product Category

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Unit Plant Head managing a business size of 300 Cr+ with 1000+ headcount.

- Strong exposure to Interior Plastics Components with knowledge of Injection Moulding (1000 to 3200 ton) and Blow Moulding Machines.

- Prior experience with MSIL/SMG as customer.

- Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing practices.

- Strong understanding of financial metrics, factory operations, and labour laws.

- Proven record of employee & people management.

- Job stability must be evident.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accountable for overall plant operations and plant-level P&L.

- Lead manufacturing planning & execution.

- Drive PPC, customer delivery, zero defect strategy, and 1000/1000 customer rating.

- Oversee facility & equipment planning, plant engineering, stores & inventory control.

- Enhance employee engagement through H&P initiatives and Industrial Relations management.

- Lead new product development initiatives.

- Accountable for overall plant operations and plant-level P&L.

- Lead manufacturing planning & execution.
