
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Compliance Management
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding process for new PMS and AIF clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Account Opening and KYC: Oversee and execute the accurate opening of client accounts and meticulous verification of all Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict and timely adherence to all SEBI norms, AML guidelines, and internal compliance policies related to PMS and AIF operations.
- Documentation Control: Maintain systematic and audit-ready records for all client documents and operational activities.
Transaction Processing & Servicing:
- Process Financial and Non-Financial Transactions: Accurately and timely process various client requests, including redemptions, fresh investments, Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), KYC updates, nomination changes, and change of contact details.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary coordinator with external partners such as banks, custodians, brokers, and RTA (Registrar & Transfer Agents), as well as internal sales and compliance teams, to resolve operational issues and service requests.
- Client Servicing: Handle all operational client queries professionally through calls and emails, addressing matters related to portfolio valuations, transaction status, fee structures, and account statements.
Data Management & Reporting:
- CRM Maintenance: Ensure accurate and timely updation of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with detailed records of all client interactions, service requests, and resolutions.
- MIS Reporting: Assist in preparing and maintaining operational MIS (Management Information System) reports for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3 - 4 years of proven experience in Operations within the PMS / AIF / AMC / Wealth Management / Broking industry.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong, practical understanding of account opening, KYC, and AML processes specific to capital markets.
- Financial Acumen: Basic working knowledge of accounting principles (e. , ability to understand Balance Sheet and P&L statements).
