Role Description:
As a Senior Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while leading and mentoring a team of 4-5 associates. This role requires strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to drive continuous process improvements in a dynamic, high-growth setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Operations Associates, ensuring smooth execution of daily operational activities
- Own and oversee complex operational processes; identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency-driven solutions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Product, and Tech to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop, document, and maintain SOPs while ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations
- Track key operational metrics and present insights and performance reports to leadership
- Coach, mentor, and provide continuous feedback to team members to build accountability and high performance
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, process automation, and technology adoption projects
Requirements:
- Educational background from Tier-1 colleges only like IIT / IIM / IIT / BITS.
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, preferably in fast-paced or complex environments
- Mandatory prior experience in team management or supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex workflows with high attention to detail
- Startup or high-growth company experience is a strong plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and project management tools
