Senior Officer - Internal Audit - Manufacturing Unit

Urgent Hiring for a leading Manufacturing Unit Company

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with SOPs and statutory norms

- Conduct branch expense audits

- Review employee conveyance, ASP, and domestic tour claims

- Execute assigned audits timely and effectively

- Perform visits for on-ground audits and compliance checks

- Assist in developing audit plans and strategies based on risk assessments.

- Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across departments or business units.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.

- Prepare detailed audit working papers and ensure proper documentation of audit findings.

- Draft audit reports with observations, root cause analysis, and practical recommendations.

- Follow up on past audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation.

- Collaborate with process owners to understand workflows and identify gaps or inefficiencies.

- Stay updated on changes in regulations, policies, and industry practices.

- Assist in special investigations, fraud detection, or ad-hoc assignments as required.

- Support the development and implementation of internal audit tools and methodologies.

Qualifications CMA / CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance)

Skills:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience

- Strong knowledge of statutory regulations (Direct tax, GST, labour law etc.) and financial controls

- Good analytical, review, and communication skills

- Good Knowledge of MS office Tool (Excel, Word etc.)

- Willingness to travel 10%-15% monthly
