Our client is a renowned player in the education space
Role: Senior Marketing role
Team size: 6-8 members consisting of brand lead, social media, consumer insights, offline marketing BTL and graphics
Responsibilities:
- Own the brand positioning for 1000+ schools
- Build a full-funnel media strategy across traditional and digital platforms to drive brand equity.
- Craft and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive preference and foster trust among parents and franchise partners.
- Leverage data, research and analytics to deeply understand parent and franchisee needs, behaviors and barriers.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies across communication, content, and customer journeys.
- Manage media planning and buying with agencies and partners.
- Preferred candidate:
- MBA in Marketing.
- 8-15 years of progressive experience in B2C and B2B marketing roles, preferably in consumer-focused sectors (education, FMCG, retail, services).
- Proven track record in brand strategy, integrated marketing, media management and digital performance marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.
