Key Responsibilities:
- Drive website traffic & conversions through SEO, landing page optimization, and growth hooks.
- Lead multi-channel campaign management across digital platforms.
- Analyze sales funnel & B2B customer behavior to improve efficiency.
- Manage CRM & lead nurturing through HubSpot and targeted marketing.
- Oversee performance marketing (PPC, paid social) with strong ROI focus.
- Leverage data analytics for decision-making & growth experiments.
- Conduct competitor analysis & market research to stay ahead of trends.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience (preferably B2B, SaaS, or fintech).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hustler mindset.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Suite, MS Office, Slack.
- Strong analytical & campaign optimization skills.
- Masters in Marketing/Business preferred (not mandatory).
