We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive the strategic growth of our premium beauty and wellness portfolios. This role focuses on scaling high-potential categories through consumer-led innovation, digital-first communication, and robust 360-degree integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transforming brand trajectories and managing multi-crore franchises in competitive markets.


Key Responsibilities:


- Strategic Growth & Innovation: Develop and execute long-term innovation roadmaps to double category portfolios. Identify emerging demand spaces and white-space opportunities to maintain market dominance.

- Brand Communication: Lead the end-to-end proposition strategy and creative execution for diverse portfolios (e.g., Color Cosmetics, Personal Care, and Nutrition).

- Digital & E-commerce Leadership: Curate digital-first marketing strategies to drive high-volume e-commerce turnover, leveraging social media and influencer ecosystems.

- Market Penetration: Design regional and cluster-specific interventions to improve brand relevance, market share, and Top-of-Mind (TOM) awareness.

- Portfolio Premiumization: Spearhead the transition of brands from "expert" to "lifestyle" propositions, enhancing brand credentials and unlocking higher consumer consideration.

- Performance Analytics: Monitor and deliver on key business metrics including Underlying Sales Growth (USG), Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR), and Return on Investment (ROI) for trade and consumer initiatives.

- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product Development, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure successful end-to-end product launches and brand relaunches.


Required Qualifications:

- Educational Background: MBA or equivalent from a premier business school.

- Professional Experience: Extensive experience (15+ years) at a leading FMCG or beauty organization (e.g., managing brands like Lakmé, Lux, or high-science nutrition portfolios).

- Digital Savvy: Proven success in leading "Disruptive at Digital" initiatives and managing award-winning digital brands.

- Insight-Driven: Demonstrated ability to translate deep consumer insights into winning product mixes and visual languages.

- People Management: Experience leading large, diverse teams across multiple regions in South Asia.
