Role Overview:
Seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with strong experience in managing 360-degree communication campaigns across government bodies and corporate clients. The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a solid understanding of integrated marketing and advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end marketing and communication strategies for government and corporate accounts.
- Plan and execute 360- campaigns including: Digital & Social Media. Print Advertising. Radio Campaigns. Outdoor & On-ground Activations.
- Stay updated with emerging advertising trends and media innovations.
- Develop and oversee marketing collaterals such as creatives, films, brochures, presentations, and campaign toolkits.
- Act as the primary client interface and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate with internal creative, digital, media, and production teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare impact reports and presentations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing communication and brand building.
- Experience handling senior stakeholders in government and corporate environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong strategic and execution capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA in Marketing / Advertising / Communications or related discipline (Mandatory).
Experience Required:
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in advertising agencies, integrated marketing firms, or media/communication consultancies.
- Prior experience with government bodies, PSUs, or large corporate brands is an advantage.
