Website Growth & TOFU Optimization

- Build a scalable traffic engine through advanced SEO, high-converting landing pages, and retention-led hooks.

Customer Segmentation & CRM Excellence

- Manage and optimize HubSpot and other automation tools for lead scoring, nurturing, and

personalization.

- Deploy targeted content marketing + precision emails for sharper B2B engagement.

Performance Marketing Leadership

- Own and scale PPC, paid social, and display campaigns with a strong ROI focus.

- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to reduce CPC and CAC.

Data-Driven Growth

- Establish an analytics framework to track, report, and optimize all marketing activities.

- Transform campaign data into actionable insights that fuel long-term growth.

Innovation & New Growth Levers

- Experiment with emerging channels, tools, and growth hacks to stay ahead of the curve.

- Pilot high-impact ideas that accelerate user acquisition and improve ROI.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Edge

- Conduct deep market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis (Google Analytics, SEMrush, AdWords).

- Anticipate market shifts and position our brand for maximum advantage.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Graduate of a tier-1 business or engineering school (IIT, IIM, ISB, or equivalent global MBA) with a track record of high achievement.

- Smart, hands-on generalist with deep expertise in performance marketing.

- Strong voice and opinions with the ability to influence strategy.

- Proven experience managing a team of 3-4 marketers and 23 agencies.

- Fluent in funnel analytics and confident in storytelling with data.

- Startup mindset with high ownership, agility, and culture fit.
