The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement while positioning our group as the leader in senior care, senior living, and active aging solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and innovative storytelling to resonate with both B2C (seniors and their families) and B2B (partners, investors, and healthcare providers) audiences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand & Marketing Strategy: - Define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that strengthens our three brands (in the area of Senior Care, Senior Living Communities, and Active Aging Digital Application) and ensures consistent messaging across platforms. - Position the organization as a thought leader in senior living, geriatric care, and age-tech innovation. 2. Digital & Performance Marketing: - Lead digital-first customer acquisition strategies leveraging SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and paid campaigns. - Drive performance marketing to optimize conversion rates and maximize ROI. 3. Customer Insights & Data Analytics: - Build and use customer insights, data analytics, and behavioral trends to shape marketing campaigns and optimize customer experiences. - Leverage data-driven strategies to enhance occupancy rates for retirement communities and care facilities while driving adoption of our Active Aging Smartwatch Application. 4. Content & Community Engagement: - Develop compelling storytelling and engagement strategies to build an emotional connection with seniors and their families. - Expand outreach through thought leadership, PR, influencer partnerships, and community-driven campaigns. 5. Lead Generation & Sales Enablement: - Align marketing efforts with the sales funnel, lead nurturing, and customer retention strategies to maximize revenue impact. - Work closely with business development teams to drive conversions for senior living communities and care services. 6. Reputation & PR Management: - Strengthen corporate reputation and crisis communication strategies. - Build relationships with media, industry bodies, and advocacy groups to promote senior living and care awareness. 7. Omnichannel Experience & Technology Adoption: - Enhance customer touchpoints across offline (events, direct outreach) and online (web, app, social media) channels. - Leverage MarTech (Marketing Technology) tools to personalize customer engagement and scale marketing efforts. 8. Leadership & Team Development: - Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, ensuring collaboration across digital, brand, and field marketing functions. - Foster a culture of innovation and performance-driven marketing. Requirements: 1. Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Experience: 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years handling Marketing Strategy in consumer-driven sectors such as healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or digital platforms. 3. Industry Knowledge: Experience in brand-building, demand generation, and digital marketing in a multi-location or service-driven industry is preferred. Prior experience in scaling brands in emerging sectors is desirable. 4. Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and analytical abilities. Expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, performance metrics, and consumer behavior analysis. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to connect with diverse audiences.
