Key Responsibilities:
- Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making.
- Develop a data-first marketing approach, tracking performance across PPC, & marketing automations.
- Set up and manage dashboards and reporting for real-time campaign insights and decision-making.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiment-driven marketing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
- Performance Marketing & Acquisition (PPC Digital & Offline Regional).
- Develop and execute performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
- Optimize campaigns to drive quality lead generation for sign-ups and engagement.
- Explore and implement offline PPC and media strategies (radio, print, OOH) for MFD acquisition.
- Track and analyze key acquisition KPIs, optimizing for CAC and ROAS.
- Marketing Automation & CRM.
- Design and implement marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, engagement and adoption of product/brand.
- Optimize email, WhatsApp, and push notification campaigns to enhance user activation and retention.
- Work with cross functional teams to enhance marketing funnel automation and attribution.
Who You Are:
- 5-10 years of digital marketing experience in FinTech, BFSI, or high-growth B2B/B2C startups.
- Hands-on experience with PPC & marketing automations.
- Strong analytical mindset - ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Proven experience in scaling acquisition channels.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
