Expectation from this role:

- Website Growth: Utilize advanced SEO strategies, optimize landing pages, and integrate compelling retention hooks to scale website traffic and conversion rates.

- The aim is to significantly increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) at the top of the funnel (TOFU).

- Campaign Management: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimization for maximum engagement and conversion.

- Funnel Analysis and Efficiency: Gain a deep understanding of B2B customer behaviour and the sales funnel to identify growth opportunities, enabling the sales team to effectively engage and convert leads.

- Customer Segmentation and CRM Management: Leverage HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms to refine lead generation and nurturing processes.

- Employ strategic content marketing and targeted emails for precise B2B target list management.

- Performance Marketing: Oversee pay-per-click (PPC) and social media advertising campaigns.


- Continuously enhance campaign performance to maximize conversions and minimize cost per-click (CPC), utilizing robust analytics to make strategic adjustments.

- Data-Driven Insights: Systematically track, report, and analyze marketing campaign performance.

- Use data to drive informed decisions and iterate on strategies to improve growth.

- Innovation and Growth: Experiment with new marketing techniques and channels to improve ROI and accelerate user acquisition.

- Market Research and Competitor Benchmarking/Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, Keyword Planner, and SEMrush to perform comprehensive market research and competitor analysis.

- Understand and anticipate market trends to strategically position our offerings.

- Experience: 3+ years of robust digital marketing experience, ideally within the B2B, SaaS, or financial services sectors.

- Education: Master's degree in a business or marketing field preferred, but not mandatory.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Hubspot.

- Analytical Skills: Experience with financial data to inform strategic marketing decisions
