Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused marketing leader with 5-10 years of experience who can drive brand growth, performance marketing, and partnership-led expansion.

This role requires experience in both 0-1 brand building and 1- 10 scaling, with strong ownership over campaigns, budget, and measurable growth outcomes.

You will work closely with sales, product, leadership, and external partners to build a powerful and consistent brand while driving revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Revamp

- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and identity evolution initiatives.

- Drive brand revamp projects where required across sectors and geographies.

- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

2. Growth & Performance Marketing

- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Manage digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO, social media, and performance campaigns.

- Optimize CAC, ROAS, and marketing ROI.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.

- 3. 0 - 1 & 1 - 10 Scaling

- Lead GTM strategies for new products/business verticals.

- Scale existing brands through structured funnel optimization and channel expansion.

- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and growth levers.

4. Partnership & Strategic Alliances

- Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships for brand visibility and distribution.

- Lead co-marketing initiatives and alliance-driven campaigns.

- Collaborate with agencies and external stakeholders for maximum impact.

5. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing with revenue goals.

- Manage internal and external creative resources.

- Drive accountability, ownership, and timely execution.

6. Budget & Analytics

- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively.

- Track CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and overall ROI.

- Present performance insights to leadership regularly.

Required Skillset

- 5-10 years of experience in brand marketing, growth, or strategic marketing roles.

- Experience handling measurable growth targets and marketing budgets.

- Proven track record in 0- 1 launches or 1- 10 scaling.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEM/SEO, and performance metrics.

- Experience in partnership-led marketing is a strong advantage.

- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making ability.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- MBA (preferred), ideally from reputed institutions (IIT/IIM or equivalent).
