About the Role:

- We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Marketing Manager Brand Activation to lead experiential marketing and brand engagement initiatives for a premium consumer brand.

- This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who excels in creating immersive brand experiences that drive emotional connection, visibility, and measurable business impact.

- The incumbent will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing on-ground activations, events, and partnerships that bring the brand to life across markets.

- A strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and experience managing interior designer-led retail experiences and brand spaces is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead National Brand Activation Strategy: Develop and execute impactful on-ground campaigns, consumer activations, and events that strengthen brand equity and drive engagement.

- Experiential Marketing: Create multi-sensory brand experiences through retail events, product launches, and pop-ups aligned with brand values and consumer aspirations.

- Interior Designer Management (Mandatory): Collaborate closely with interior designers and visual merchandisers to ensure that brand spaces, retail displays, and experiential zones reflect premium design, storytelling, and creativity.

- 360 Campaign Execution: Partner with creative, digital, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns that bridge offline and online consumer experiences.

- Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and negotiate strategic alliances, sponsorships, and event partnerships to amplify reach and influence.

- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage activation budgets, agency relationships, and vendor contracts while ensuring cost efficiency and ROI accountability.

- Consumer Insights & Analytics: Leverage consumer research and market intelligence to refine activation strategies and measure performance outcomes.

- Leadership & Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing activation team, fostering creativity, ownership, and excellence in execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA in Marketing or related field from a reputed institute.

- 10-15 years of experience in brand activation, experiential marketing, or consumer engagement within FMCG, retail, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors.

- Proven expertise in conceptualizing and managing large-scale activations, retail experiences, and design-led campaigns.

- Strong creative sensibility and experience collaborating with interior designers and creative agencies.

- Excellent stakeholder management, vendor negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in campaign ROI analysis, consumer behavior tracking, and activation performance metrics.

- Experience in multi-city or national-level brand campaigns preferred
