Role and Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

1. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the Fintech division's marketing and growth strategy.

2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

3. Develop actionable marketing plans that leverage data-driven insights to target key customer segments and drive customer acquisition.

Campaign Development and Execution:

3. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

Digital Marketing:

1. Lead the digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing, to enhance brand visibility and engage with the online community.

2. Leverage data analytics to optimize digital campaigns, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
