We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Marketing with deep experience in B2B SaaS marketing. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and hands-on execution skills to drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and brand perception. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and lead end-to-end B2B SaaS marketing strategies across acquisition, conversion, and retention channels.

- Own and drive the marketing pipeline to support revenue growth targets.

- Build and scale a world-class marketing team; recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing talent.


- Create compelling brand narratives, case studies, white papers, and client success stories to support enterprise engagement.

- Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

- Design marketing campaigns and experiences that engage key decision-makers and elevate brand perception.

- Produce high-quality marketing collateral tailored for various digital and offline channels.

- Adapt messaging for different marketing mediums, maintaining consistency, clarity, and brand voice.

- Operate with a strong bias for execution, showing initiative and ownership in all aspects of work.

- Monitor campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize for better outcomes.

Requirements

- 10+ years of overall marketing experience, with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS or Cloud-based marketing.

- 3+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles with proven success in growing and scaling teams.

- Demonstrated success in owning and driving pipeline growth in a B2B SaaS environment.

- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive narratives.

- Deep understanding of industry-specific messaging for SaaS, IT, and enterprise audiences.

- Proven ability to develop high-quality marketing content, including case studies, white papers, and sales enablement tools.

- Experience in B2B professional services marketing is highly preferred.

- Self-starter with the ability to thrive under pressure and work with minimal strategic direction.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for marketing design and messaging quality.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
