Senior Marketing Manager - Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Own and manage RetailStat's digital presence, including the corporate website and social channels (LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Develop and publish content that aligns with brand voice and evolving product positioning.
- Implement SEO best practices-including AI SEO techniques-to improve web performance and visibility.
- Analyze digital performance metrics to inform strategy and increase engagement.
- Design and execute segmented email marketing campaigns (HubSpot, Salesforce) to nurture leads and support business objectives.
2. Integrated Campaign Leadership:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from planning through reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and retention teams to ensure alignment.
- Establish campaign systems and templates to promote consistency and clarity.
- Measure and report on ROI, lead generation, and engagement to optimize future efforts.
3. Strategic Planning & Product Alignment:
- Translate product strategy into compelling external messaging.
- Participate in go-to-market planning to align marketing with product launch timelines.
- Drive the implementation of marketing launch plans that support broader product initiatives.
- Maintain strong collaboration with the product team to stay ahead of roadmap changes.
- Develop sales enablement materials such as product tear sheets and client presentations.
4. Leadership & Mentorship:
- Serve as a key leader within the marketing team, mentoring junior staff and promoting a collaborative culture.
- Partner with executive leadership to ensure alignment on marketing strategy and professional development goals.
