- Lead multi-channel execution across email, LinkedIn, events, and other relevant platforms with a clear focus on outcomes.
- Use AI tools and marketing platforms to create compelling, high-conversion marketing and sales assets.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team while staying hands-on in strategy and execution.
- Operate with a founder's mindset - agile, resourceful, and results-driven.
- Make data-backed decisions and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Requirements:
- MBA with 5+ years of strong B2B marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth or tech-first environment.
- Proven ability to create and execute marketing strategies that result in measurable business impact.
- Hands-on marketer who balances strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Proficient in using modern marketing tools, automation platforms, and AI-based content solutions.
- Deep curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, especially in AI and Learning.
- Thrives in lean teams and fast-paced settings where experimentation and ownership matter.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and impact over jargon.
