The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end brand strategies, driving insight-led marketing initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of integrated campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies, positioning frameworks, and go-to-market plans for clients across industries.
- Lead and execute data-driven marketing initiatives supported by market insights, audience research, and competitive analysis.
- Work closely with creative, media, digital, and client servicing teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, messaging, and execution.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, consumer behavior shifts, and new brand opportunities.
- Present strategic recommendations, campaign rationales, and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Guide cross-functional teams throughout the campaign lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating campaign performance metrics and optimizing future strategies.
- Mentor junior team members by providing strategic direction, feedback, and support on projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong expertise in Market Research, Consumer Insights, and Marketing Strategy.
- Proven experience in developing brand strategies within an advertising agency or brand-focused environment.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
- Educational background in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Prior experience in brand strategy, marketing planning, or integrated advertising roles is essential.
