Senior Manager/Manager - Statutory Audit - CA Firm

Role & responsibilities:

- Statutory Audits: Small & Medium Sized entities. Knowledge about listed entities audit will be added advantage.

- Compliance Management: working knowledge of Company law, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Customs laws, Labour laws, FEMA & RBI compliance.

- Should have handled IND AS assignments and Statutory audits of IND AS compliant entities.

- Good grasp of IND AS , AS and Standards of Auditing.

- Assignment management and Deliverable: Take responsibility for ensuring timely and high quality deliverable. Manage multiple Audits while prioritizing tasks and maintaining the highest standards of work.

- Team Management and Development: Monitor the work of the team, providing guidance and support as needed. Foster a positive work environment.

Preferred candidate profile:

- CA with 5 Years of post qualification experience for Senior Manager and 5 years for Manager

- Experience of Handling Statutory Audits of BFSI & Non- BFSI entities.

- Responsible for handling and closing the audits directly with Director.

- Accountable, takes complete ownership of assignment .

- Strong execution and team management skills Should be able to manage team size of5 Articles and SQA.

- Excellent communication skills: verbal as well as written

- Quality conscious

- Command over technology in execution of audit.
