Senior Manager/General Manager/Assistant Vice President - Finance - CA

Position: Senior Manager/GM/AVP Finance

Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and MIS reports.

- Coordinate and manage Statutory, Tax, and Internal Audits, ensuring timely closure and compliance.

- Monitor and analyze business performance in close coordination with the Operations team.

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 7 to 8 members within the Finance & Accounts function.

- Oversee daily accounting operations, including reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

- Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.

- Control expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets and financial plans.

- Maintain robust financial records and implement effective internal controls and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or M.Com

- 10+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and audit management

- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and advanced proficiency in MS Excel

- In-depth understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
