Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Trade Credit Insurance

Looking for an experienced professional with 8 - 13 years in transaction banking, factoring, supply chain finance, or invoice finance.

The candidate will manage and grow relationships with existing Banks, and originate new business, and focus on export factoring opportunities with banks especially in GIFT City

Role & responsibilities:

- Originate and develop new business in transaction banking, factoring, supply chain finance, and invoice finance.

- Collaborate with credit, underwriting, and legal teams to structure and close deals.

- Drive export factoring initiatives, particularly in GIFT City.

- Support servicing of existing client relationships.

- Provide market feedback for product development.

- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.

- Report pipeline and deal progress to senior management.

Required Experience and Skills (Must-Haves):

- 8-13 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in transaction banking, factoring, supply chain finance, invoice finance, working capital finance, or trade finance.

- Client coverage experience with mid to semi-large corporates.

- Experience in a global bank, fintech, or NBFC focused on factoring, supply chain finance, or trade finance.

- Strong understanding of banking processes: KYC, documentation, settlement, credit approval.

- Proven ability to originate and close deals.

- Good knowledge of product features and operational workflows.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in export factoring and cross-border receivables financing.

- Familiarity with GIFT City financial ecosystem.

- Exposure to trade credit insurance products.

- Experience building distribution channels or partnerships.

- Leadership or mentoring experience.
