Senior Manager / AVP - PCG Operations

Location: Dadar, Mumbai

Education - MBA

CTC - 25-30 LPA

Experience - 10 -15 Years

A leading Indian financial services firm with a strong three-decade legacy in broking, wealth management, and investment banking is looking for an experienced professional to lead PCG Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the PCG Operations team

- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Risk, Trading Ops, Settlement, Accounts, Software vendors, etc.)

- Monitor daily operational processes and improve team efficiency

- Ensure smooth institutional client onboarding & documentation

- Manage institutional accounts, brokerage setups, and charges

- Oversee Equity, Derivatives, Currency, Commodity & SLBM processes

- Handle contract processing, STP, EODs, OTR, Give-Up files, and exchange interfaces

- Ensure zero exchange penalties & adherence to timelines

- Prepare MIS reports, brokerage invoices, reconciliations, and recovery tracking

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong knowledge of broking & secondary market operations

- Experience with exchange interfaces (NOTIS, NCMS, CIM, ENIT, SSO, etc.)

- Excellent communication & coordination skills

- Good analytical thinking and leadership ability

- Well-versed with systems and operational workflows
