Job Overview : We are seeking a highly accomplished, motivated, and seasoned Senior Wealth Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managingand expanding a substantial client portfolio, with Assets Under Management (AUM)ranging from

- 200 Crore to - 300 Crore. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to provide be spoke financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals while leveraging the extensive resources and robust platform

Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with high-net- worth clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all financial matters.

Financial Needs Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' financial situations, encompassing their assets, liabilities, income, expenses, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.

Wealth Management Strategy: Develop and implement customized wealth management plans that align with clients' unique financial goals, time horizons, and risk profiles.

Portfolio Construction and Management: Construct,manage,and monitor investment portfolios across a diverse range of asset classes, including equities, fixed income,mutualfunds,andalternative investments.

Investment Advisory: Provide expert advice and recommendations on investment opportunities, market trends, and financial products, ensuring alignment with clients' investment strategies.

Financial Planning: Offer holistic financial planning services,encompassing retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, insurance planning, and education planning.

Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue newbusinessopportunitiestoexpandthe client base and increase AUM.

Compliance and RegulatoryAdherence: Ensure strict adherence to all regulatoryrequirements, internal policies, and ethical standards in all client interactions and transactions.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and evaluate portfolio performance, providing clients with detailed reports and updates, and making necessary adjustments to optimize returns.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsellother financial products and services offered by, to meet the comprehensive financial needs of the client.

Market Acumen: Maintain a deep understanding of financial markets,economic trends,and regulatory changes, and their potential impact on client portfolios
