Job Summary:

The Senior Manager - Warehousing & Fulfilment will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, manpower planning, process optimization, and last-mile coordination. The role requires expertise in warehouse design, automation, 3PL management, and fulfillment excellence to meet business growth and customer satisfaction targets. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational acumen, data-driven decision-making, and leadership experience in large-scale retail or e-commerce setups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage daily warehouse and fulfillment operations across multiple locations.

- Develop and implement strategies for efficient space utilization, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.

- Manage inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics to ensure operational excellence.

- Plan manpower requirements, productivity targets, and shift schedules.

- Drive process improvement initiatives and warehouse automation projects.

- Manage 3PL / logistics partners and ensure adherence to SLAs.

- Monitor KPIs (inventory accuracy, order turnaround time, dispatch rate, cost per order).

- Coordinate closely with supply chain, procurement, and customer service teams for smooth execution.

- Ensure compliance with safety, audit, and statutory requirements.

Experience & Qualification:

- Graduate / Post Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, or Industrial Management.

- 814 years of experience in warehousing and fulfillment operations, preferably in retail or e-commerce companies.

- Strong understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), automation tools, and 3PL management.

- Proven track record in handling large fulfillment centers and high SKU operations.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.
