Senior Manager - Warehouse Operations - FMCG

Position Overview:

The role involves managing end-to-end warehouse operations, leading large teams, and overseeing administrative responsibilities across a designated region. The ideal candidate should have experience working in large-scale operations, possess strong communication and leadership skills, and be willing to work from various locations. Technical expertise in warehousing and logistics will be an added advantage.

Experience Required:

- 5-15 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.

Educational Qualification - Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations within the assigned region.

- Oversee all warehouse administrative functions and ensure operational excellence.

- Lead expansion and growth initiatives through effective utilization of technology and automation.

- Control warehousing costs while maintaining service performance standards.

- Ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

- Plan, design, and recommend infrastructure and automation requirements through annual CAPEX planning.

- Lead and manage large teams to achieve operational targets.

- Maintain warehouse facilities by planning layouts, inspecting equipment, and coordinating repairs and replacements.

- Schedule, engage, assign, and monitor employees to ensure smooth warehouse operations and productivity.
