Senior Manager - Warehouse Operations - FMCG

- The Senior Manager - Warehouse Operations will be responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end warehousing and distribution center operations across the network.

- The role focuses on operational excellence, cost optimization, process standardization, automation readiness, and service-level improvement while ensuring safety, compliance, and scalability aligned with business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns

- Drive standardization and adherence to SOPs across warehouses and fulfillment centers

- Optimize warehouse layout, racking, MHE deployment, throughput, and space utilization

- Implement productivity improvement initiatives, cost reduction programs, and process re-engineering

- Manage WMS operations, system adoption, and integration with upstream/downstream functions

- Lead automation and mechanization initiatives (ASRS, sortation, conveyors, etc.) including ROI evaluation

- Ensure SLA adherence, inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and cycle count governance

- Manage large teams including warehouse managers, supervisors, and 3PL partners

- Ensure statutory, safety, and compliance adherence across sites

- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, planning, and customer teams for seamless execution
