Role Overview:
As the Senior Manager of Warehouse Operations , you will spearhead the end-to-end fulfillment strategy, ensuring seamless orchestration of our supply chain ecosystem. You will be responsible for leading high-performing teams to optimize inbound and outbound logistics, maintaining rigorous inventory accuracy, and driving operational excellence across our distribution network. By collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders-including procurement, logistics, and sales leadership-you will translate complex supply chain data into actionable strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive significant business growth. Your leadership will be pivotal in scaling our warehouse infrastructure to meet the evolving demands of a fast-paced market, directly impacting our bottom line and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the daily operations of large-scale warehouse facilities to ensure timely processing of inbound shipments and outbound deliveries, maximizing throughput and service levels.
- Implement robust inventory management protocols and cycle counting programs to maintain 99%+ stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage across all product categories.
- Lead and mentor large operational teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve key performance indicators.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization through data-driven planning to reduce handling costs and improve picking efficiency.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors to ensure service level agreements are met and supply chain disruptions are proactively mitigated.
- Drive the digital transformation of warehouse processes by integrating advanced WMS solutions to enhance real-time visibility and reporting accuracy.
Required Skillset:
- Currently working in Ecommerce, Quick Commerce, Retail or Logistics company
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, high-volume warehouse operations with a deep understanding of supply chain logistics and distribution network design.
- Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams in a high-pressure, on-site environment, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to drive engagement and performance.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities to interpret operational metrics and translate them into strategic initiatives that improve cost-efficiency and service delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with senior leadership, external partners, and internal stakeholders to align operational goals with broader business objectives.
