Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Warehouse Operations to lead end-to-end warehouse operations for a region. The role will be responsible for warehouse performance, cost management, team leadership, infrastructure planning, safety, and overall administrative operations.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing warehouse operations in a large-scale setup, strong people-management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive operational improvements through technology and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end warehousing operations across the assigned region.

- Oversee all administrative and operational functions of the warehouse.

- Lead regional warehouse expansion and growth initiatives with effective use of technology.

- Manage total warehousing costs and improve overall service performance.

- Ensure a safe and efficient working environment across warehouse operations.

- Plan, design, and submit requirements for distribution-center infrastructure and automation through annual CAPEX planning.

- Lead and manage large warehouse teams and drive workforce productivity.

- Maintain warehouse infrastructure and physical condition through effective layouts, equipment inspection, maintenance, and repair planning.

- Plan workforce schedules, allocate responsibilities, and monitor operational performance.

- Drive process, policy, training, and systems-related change management initiatives.

- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions with a strong bias toward measurable impact.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8-12 years of relevant experience in warehouse/operations management.

- Experience managing operations in a large-scale warehouse or distribution environment.

- Proven experience leading 100+ employees or large operational teams.

- Strong people management and leadership capabilities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong business understanding and commercial awareness.

- Ability to think strategically while driving day-to-day operational execution.

- Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.

- Experience in change management, including processes, policies, training, and systems.

- Technology/automation exposure in warehousing will be an added advantage.

- Willingness to work from operational locations as required.

Educational Qualification - Any Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
