Senior Manager - Warehouse Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations for the region.

- Drive warehouse expansion, automation, and process improvements.

- Manage warehouse cost, productivity, service levels, and safety.

- Plan infrastructure and CAPEX requirements for distribution centers.

- Lead and develop large warehouse teams.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse administration and operational excellence.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

- Experience in warehouse automation, process improvement, and change management is preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive operational excellence.
