Senior Manager - Warehouse Operations

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Manager Warehouse Operations to lead and optimize end-to-end warehousing and distribution activities.

The role involves managing large-scale warehouse operations, driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth through strong process excellence, cost control, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch

- Manage multiple warehouses / large-format distribution centers (if applicable)

- Drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and productivity enhancement

- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards (ISO, 5S, EHS, etc.)

- Monitor and optimize inventory accuracy, stock turns, space utilization, and order fulfillment metrics

- Control operational costs and prepare budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports

- Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse teams including managers, supervisors, and staff

- Coordinate closely with supply chain, transportation, procurement, and sales teams

- Handle vendor and 3PL management where applicable

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
