Senior Manager - Warehouse Infrastructure

About the Role:

The Employee is responsible for end-to-end owning planning, coordination and execution of new warehouse Launches, expansion, relocations and reconfigurations. This role ensures that all the warehouses. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, IT, facilities, and logistics to ensure seamless warehouse set up.

1) New Warehouse Setup Planning

2) Project Management

- Manage all aspects of warehouse setup projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on milestones, budget, and issues.

You are Responsible for:

To succeed in this role - you should have the following:

- Understanding of warehouse operations right from inbound to outbound

- Understanding of material flow on inventory

- Understanding of MHEs and their functionality

- Understanding capacity planning.

- Understanding of storage types in FC.

- Understanding of normal, cold, ambient storage.
