Senior Manager - US Partnership Taxation

Spectral Consultants is hiring for the role of Tax Senior Manager Partnership Taxation (US Tax) for one of the leading global consulting and tax advisory firms.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 13+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple US Partnership tax (Form 1065) engagements, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.

- Oversee the preparation and final review of Partnership and Corporate tax returns, including federal, state, local, and foreign tax filings, estimated payments, and extensions.

- Provide technical guidance on complex US tax matters and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.

- Manage engagement economics, including billing, realization, and collections.

- Identify tax planning and advisory opportunities by building strong client relationships.

- Mentor, coach, and develop Managers, Seniors, and Staff on technical and engagement management skills.

- Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.

- Contribute to business development through networking, client expansion, and new business opportunities.

Preferred Experience:

- Strong experience in Financial Services or Real Estate taxation.

- Extensive knowledge of Partnership and Corporate taxation.

- Exposure to multi-state and international tax engagements will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- EA (Enrolled Agent) certification and PTIN license is mandatory.

- 10+ years of experience in US Taxation, with significant expertise in Partnership Tax.

- Experience in a public accounting firm is preferred.

- At least 4 years of people management, supervision, and team development experience.

- Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, local, and international tax compliance.

- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and build lasting client relationships.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
