Position Title: Senior Manager Treasury Sales
Department: Treasury
Location: Ahmedabad
Reporting to: VP
Job Purpose
To drive treasury sales across FX and derivative products for wholesale and large corporate clients. The role is responsible for achieving business targets through deep client engagement, product expertise, and internal collaboration while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue and volume targets at both customer and segment levels for the assigned portfolio.
- Maximize revenue through servicing non-allocated customers and enhancing FX and trade wallet share.
- Grow the derivatives business and develop strategies for incremental business from existing and new client segments.
- Engage clients primarily at operational levels to understand and meet their transactional FX and trade-related requirements.
- Establish and strengthen client relationships, focusing on simple transactional clients rather than those with complex hedging needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Relationship Managers, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Treasury units to deliver seamless client service.
- Ensure timely and error-free execution of transactions while adhering to internal processes and regulatory guidelines.
- Hedge all positions arising from client transactions in accordance with risk management policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely capture of all transactions in front-office systems as per bank policy.
- Monitor and ensure timely submission of all required treasury documentation by clients.
- Adhere to the Banks Suitability and Appropriateness policy, ensuring that products offered are aligned with client needs and regulatory standards.
- Provide clients with risk mitigation strategies, evaluating credit, market, reputational, and legal risks in product offerings.

- In-depth understanding of treasury products and pricing; strong grasp of market dynamics and their impact on client opportunities.
- Strong compliance mindset with an ability to deliver within defined Turnaround Times (TATs).
