Senior Manager - Treasury

The Senior Manager - Treasury will lead the group's treasury function, ensuring optimal liquidity, cost-efficient funding, and strategic deployment of funds. The role combines hands-on treasury operations with strategic financial planning, including managing banking relationships, fund-raising, risk management, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily cash flow, liquidity, and fund utilization across business units.

- Build and maintain strong banking and financial institution relationships.

- Oversee issuance and management of LCs, LTRs, and BGs as per project needs.

- Lead fund-raising for short-term and long-term requirements.

- Develop cash flow forecasts, profitability reports, and business plans.

- Drive treasury automation and ERP integration for real-time visibility.

- Implement treasury policy, ensure compliance, and mitigate FX/interest risks.

- Lead the treasury team to deliver efficient, value-creating outcomes.

Preferred Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10-15 years of experience in construction and contracting sector , Manufacturing and Oil & Gas

- Proven expertise in treasury management, fund-raising, cash flow forecasting, and trade finance instruments.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Hands-on experience with ERP / TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
